At ESTEGA can be possible to laminate Extruded Polyestirene Industrial XPS to any thickness between 3 and 120mm. This XPS can be used to fabricate panels at our facilities or to sell.

This high quality product has many advantages as follows:

• Textured product to secure adhesiveness. It can be grooved.
• It has very low thickness tolerances (+/-0.5mm), that ensures uniformity in the plate.
• Good flatness (no waves) that allows an uniform adhesive with other materials (wood, aluminium) and avoids to be taken later off or to be arched.
• Good vertical, longitudinal and horizontal resistance.
• It is also easy to cut, avoiding arching problems.
